• No refunds are available.
• For product exchanges, please contact customer service within seven days of purchase.
• Proof of receipt or purchase is required. The exchange policy only applies to products purchased from pregnancyherbaltea.com or Neolife (Hong Kong) Medical Centre.
• The exchanged product must be in unused and unopened condition.
• If the value of the exchanged product is higher than the original purchased product, the price difference needs to be paid.
• If the value of the exchanged product is lower than the original purchased product, the price difference will not be refunded.
• The exchanged product can be sent back or personally delivered to the collection box at the following address: Room 716, 7/F, Office Tower One, Grand Plaza, 639 Nathan Road, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
• If you choose to personally visit the Mongkok office for the exchange, please inform customer service beforehand.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred due to the product exchange.
